When learning about meditation it’s pretty common to hear about this idea that your mind is like the road and cars - your thoughts, that sometimes make traffic jams. Or another common one - mind is like a sky and thoughts - clouds that bring various weather. I feel like my thoughts are like bunnies. Sometimes they are cute, sometimes naughty, sometimes loving, sometimes bite, sometimes there’s poop, etc. They are just so tempting to touch and look at and often it takes me away from reality.
